THE APP

Everything the interview actually covers.

Not just the 128 questions — practice interviews, interview-day prep, and reading & writing, all gamified so you actually finish.

Educational information only — not legal advice. Almost American is a study tool. We are not attorneys and not a DOJ-accredited representative, we do not prepare or file immigration forms, and nothing here is advice about your own case. Immigration rules, fees and processing times change; always confirm on the official government site before you act. For your situation, talk to a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative — and see uscis.gov/avoid-scams.
HOW IT WORKS

Four stamps on the way to your interview.

Everything the real naturalization interview covers — not just the 20 questions the officer picks from the 128.

STAMP № 1

Daily Lessons

Bite-sized lessons through all 128 questions, gamified with streaks, hearts and XP — built to finish, not to abandon.

STAMP № 2

Practice Interviews

Full-length mock exams that mirror the real format: the officer stops as soon as you get enough right — or wrong.

STAMP № 3

Interview Day Prep

The document checklist, the personal questions from your own N-400, and what to expect — the part flashcards never cover.

STAMP № 4

Reading & Writing

Practice the official USCIS reading and writing vocabulary lists — read one sentence, write one from dictation.

WHY ALMOST AMERICAN
✓

Actually current

Built from the 2025 USCIS M-1778 civics test — not a 2015 question list someone forgot to update.

✓

Actually yours

Study in Português, Español, 中文, Tiếng Việt or Kreyòl Ayisyen, then answer out loud in English — the way the real interview works.

✓

Actually kind

No shouting red X's. Libby keeps your streak going and tells you what you got right before what you missed.

"You already left everything to get here. Twenty questions won't be what stops you."

— Libby, your Almost American

WHY WE BUILT THIS

Most citizenship test apps are built the same way: dump the 128 questions into flashcards, put them behind a paywall, and call it done. They're built for whoever's already comfortable studying in English — which, if you're getting ready for the most important interview of your life in your second or third language, was never really you.

We built Almost American backwards from that: start with the person, not the question list. Study in the language you actually think in. Get corrected by a mascot who's rooting for you, not a red X. Practice speaking out loud, because that's the part no PDF can teach you.

The 128 questions are the same for everyone. Getting ready for them shouldn't be.
